Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe for Returns: You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: All items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition. The watch should not have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way.
- Original Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging, including the box, tags, and any accessories that were part of the original purchase.

- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged after purchase
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely protected during shipping. Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets all return requirements, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been approved.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
